Service terms

Dorbit Terms of Service

These terms describe account responsibilities, credit usage, dedicated inference endpoints, and service limitations for Dorbit users.

Service use

Dorbit provides tools for selecting models, launching and monitoring dedicated inference endpoints, and reviewing endpoint status. Users are responsible for account security, submitted model artifacts and prompts, selected models, and compliance with laws and provider requirements.

Credits and quotes

Dorbit displays the current server price per hour, requested duration, and estimated maximum charge before launch. When card checkout is available, users can add credits to cover an insufficient balance. Dorbit holds the estimated maximum charge before launch. The accepted customer price stays fixed through startup retries, and billing begins when the endpoint is ready.

Failed or stopped endpoints

If an endpoint launch fails before the endpoint is ready to use, you are not charged and all credits held for that launch are returned to your Dorbit credit balance. After an endpoint becomes ready, Dorbit charges for the billable runtime through stopping or expiry and returns unused held credits to your Dorbit credit balance. These returns are credits, not cash refunds or refunds to your payment card.

Service limitations

The service may change, pause, or reject endpoint launches or requests to protect infrastructure, billing integrity, data safety, or other users. Dorbit may update these terms and require acceptance of the current policy version before credit-consuming GPU-backed work continues.
